About the work
“Macrocosm and microcosm are parts of the One…”
“The painting was made by laying down several even layers of paint and then partly removing the top one. The image that emerged from underneath formed the outline of a human figure… After that I painted in the details of the silhouette that reveal the main idea of the work…”

About the artist
Member of the Eurasian Creative Guild, London, since 2023
Anastasia is an actress, director and visual artist. Her practice moves between the stage and the canvas, translating gesture and performance into painting.
She works with raw texture: Baltic amber, gold potal and sand, building series that grow out of live performance and a single decisive stroke.
Every work leaves the studio signed front and back, with a certificate of authenticity, and every delivery is insured.
