Packing

Each work is carefully wrapped to protect its surface and edges, and boxed for delivery. The certificate of authenticity comes with the work.

Collection in Edinburgh

Collection is free. After paying for the work, email us your name and phone number, quoting the payment reference, and say you'd like to collect. Within one working day we confirm your order and offer you a time and place in Edinburgh within 30 days of your payment.

Delivery within the UK

After paying for the work, email us your name, delivery address and phone number, quoting the payment reference. Within one working day we confirm your order and email you the cost of insured delivery and a secure link to pay for it; where a delivery charge is shown on the work's page, that charge applies. Once it's paid, we agree a delivery date with you and send you the tracking number. Unless we agree a different date, we deliver within 30 days of your delivery payment.

If you don't accept the delivery cost, you can collect the work instead or cancel the order at no cost to you.

Delivery outside the UK

We ship outside the UK on request. Please write to us before paying, and we'll email you the delivery cost, the expected timing and what to expect at customs. Import duties, taxes and customs fees in your country are paid by you and may be collected by the courier on delivery.

If the work arrives damaged

Please let us know as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, with photos of the work and the packaging, and keep the packaging. We'll arrange the insurance claim and put it right. This does not limit your legal rights.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel within 14 days from the day you collect or receive the work, without giving a reason. Email art@kalinovskaya.life or write to Flat 6, 19 Comely Bank Road, Stockbridge, Edinburgh EH4 1DS, United Kingdom.

Sending the work back is at your expense: you pay for packing and insured delivery to us (insured courier usually costs about as much as delivering it), or bring it to us in Edinburgh by arrangement — within 14 days of telling us. The work must come back undamaged, in the condition you received it. If it has been damaged or handled more than was needed to inspect it, we may reduce the amount we repay by its loss in value, up to the full price.

We repay the price of the work and the standard delivery charge you paid to receive it within 14 days of receiving the work back or evidence that you've sent it. The cost of sending it back is not repaid. Full terms — Terms of Sale, section 8.
