What we collect when you send an enquiry or buy a work, and why.

Who we are
This website is run by Anastasiia Kalinovskaia (artist name Anastasia Kalinovskaya), a sole trader trading as In stARTime, Flat 6, 19 Comely Bank Road, Stockbridge, Edinburgh EH4 1DS, United Kingdom. She decides how your personal data is used (she is the "controller"). Contact: art@kalinovskaya.life.

We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Monzo Bank Ltd runs the payment page. Card payments on it are processed by Stripe. We never see your card or bank login details. The email you give Monzo on the payment page is used by Monzo to send you a payment confirmation; Monzo's own privacy notice applies to it.
- The courier who delivers your work receives your name, delivery address and phone number.
- Our email provider (Yandex 360) and website hosting provider store messages for us.
- Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service of the Yandex group, receives data about your visit if you accept analytics cookies.
Transfers outside the UK
Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Yandex Metrica data may be processed in Russia, which the UK does not consider to provide an adequate level of data protection. We only use Yandex Metrica if you accept analytics cookies, and you can refuse or withdraw that consent at any time.
Cookies
We use a cookie to remember your cookie choice, and analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a purchase: 24 months.
- Orders and payment records: 6 years after the end of the tax year of the sale, to meet tax rules and in case of legal claims.
- Analytics data: according to Yandex Metrica's retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email art@kalinovskaya.life. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We'll post any changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
